Sessions are so relaxing. I have had tension between my scapulas and treatment here definitely helps. I feel my back loosening up and my ribcage opening with more expansion for my breath. My hips feel looser too. Highly recommend!

Patti is the absolute best. Over the years she has helped with problems from head to toe. She has relieved headaches I had for days and helped with arthritis in my toes. She has also worked on everything in between. My biggest problem these days is chronic neck and shoulder pain. Working with Patti, I have less pain and more range of motion than I had when we started. Patti is incredibly responsive when new issues arise and she always has the answers. She is a great listener, kind and reassuring. Her space is calm and welcoming. I begin to relax as soon as I enter Exhale and I have fallen asleep on her table many times.
