I’ve been with the practice for more than 30 years, and it’s truly grown and blossomed. They’ve brought in some fantastic new people along the way, but the current team is just the best. Dr. Pete Palito is an amazing dentist; he’s always staying on top of the latest dental techniques as well as the new equipment, I trust him completely. Dr. Polito is incredibly caring with his patients and has gone above and beyond to help me a few times, even on his own time. I highly recommend him and the entire staff.

I was searching for a dentist after a very long time with no dental care due to a traumatic experience with a previous dentist. I did research using AI and other tools to find someone who would understand dental anxiety and had tools to keep a patient comfortable; who could do everything that was needed out of one office; who would listen and work with me to make good decisions, as opposed to forcing only one alternative; who would understand the timing that would work for me financially; and who would not shame me. I have been a patient of West County Dental for about 15 years now. I have honestly grown up knowing Dr. Pete, & he is like family! He has worked hard to provide excellent care for me, & he always takes my concerns seriously. In our house, we call Dr. Pete our “no pain doctor” because he has always strived to provide a pain free & smooth experience every time we are in the office. Personally, I have always been scared of having pain in my mouth & have general anxiety with dentists. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Spalitto for over 17 years and the entire staff has taken care of us and gives 110% every time. My extended family now sees them too.
