West Columbia Family Dentistry

After not having the best experience with my former dentist, I was beyond thrilled to be under the care of Dr. Owens at West Columbia Family Dentistry. After my initial exam and x-rays, she was able to perform some fillings that I needed on the same visit. It was quick and relatively painless. During the cleaning, I was offered a fluoride treatment and oral cancer screening that isn't covered by insurance, but the hygienist was upfront about the cost and didn't pressure me into getting them. They offer payment plans, which is a bonus. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful, down to the lady at check-out. I'm pleased to have found a new dentist that is thorough and pleasant to interact with. Thank you!

The whole experience was good. I was apprehensive because it had been so long since I have had dental care and was not sure how the experience would be. Everyone was professional but friendly and helpful. They put me at ease right away and were very clear on my treatment plan. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

The quality of care was excellent. The atmosphere in the practice was very nice and easing! The staff, Lucas, Angie, Micaela, and Dr Owens, were extremely caring and attentive and were always positive and upbeat about my care. They also took the time to explain everything I needed or wanted to know! I look forward to continuing my care with this practice!

Dr C and his staff are amazing. I have been going to Dr C since I was 19 or 20 years old. He and his staff go out of their way to ensure I’m comfortable and pain free. Additionally, even at 59 years old, they gave me advice on considering Invisalign’s. It was one of the best investments I’ve made on myself and I love my new smile. I highly recommend this practice .

Always a great experience. Dr. C and his staff are friendly, courteous, and well trained. I used to hate having my teeth cleaned because it hurt. My hygienist now is tops. Even when Dr. C tells me I need a crown😳 , I know, he has my best interest in mind and I am not afraid. Been with them for years and will remain till I don't need them anymore. You won't be sorry if you choose them😊.
