Nicole and the Tessera PT team come with my strongest recommendation. Nicole is both knowledgeable and compassionate, creating a supportive environment while still challenging me to meet my post-surgical therapy goals. I underwent total jaw joint replacement and achieved excellent results under her guidance. I would recommend her for any type of injury or post-surgical need, and I am confident anyone with a TMJ Disorder or jaw surgery would benefit from her care.

First I should start off by saying I have not had the pleasure of coming into this office, due to lack of injury (a good thing) This review if of Nikki Tessier and her friendly, knowledgable, and professional self! I first saw Nikki in Jan of 2023 when a recurring knew pain flared up again. She and her then team quickly welcomed me in and made me feel comfortable with doing exercise again after years of being "too busy." She was took the time to explain what the exercises were and how the would benefit my knee strength. We did exercises, dry needling, manual therapy for both pre and post knee surgery therapy. I also saw her for my lower back which AGAIN she somehow made therapy Fun? If that is a thing, my personal favorite was the "ice skating" leg circles least that is what I called them.

A great experience from initial consultation through the physical therapy process. I never would have thought that physical therapy could help my TMJ issues. Nicole and her staff were very helpful and caring. She taught me some exercises and stretches that have greatly reduced my TMJ clicking issues and I have not experienced any pain since starting the process. I’d definitely recommend Nicole and her team for any of your PT needs.
