We switched over to Medicine Mart after having negative experiences with a big box pharmacy store. Immediately, I was won over by their personal attention to our concerns and needs. Our medications are always ready quickly and with incredible customer service. This is the ideal locally owned pharmacy and I couldn’t imagine getting our medications anywhere else.

Medicine Mart Pharmacy is truly outstanding! The staff went above and beyond to help my son get the medication he needed. They took the initiative to order it for us, made sure we received the best possible pricing, and communicated with me every step of the way. As soon as the medication arrived, they contacted me right away. The pharmacist’s counseling was top-tier. Medicine Mart in West Columbia has been our 'Go to' pharmacy for over 20 years. That alone constitutes this positive review. We have been treated with care and immediate attention to our pharmaceutical needs. The staff provides many professional references and explanations for our questions and concerns when they arise, just a phone call away! Numerous other conveniences are provided for our needs and always with kindness, patience and support. Reminders and turn around time frames are extremely important and helpful to meet our needs. One could not find another locally owned pharmacy within the West Columbia and beyond areas that can top Medicine Mart on every level. We are Blessed to be their loyal customers.

Dr. King gave us several of our vaccination shots. He was great about answering all our questions about the vaccines (and they didn’t hurt!) and all of our other medications. He was very patient when answering my mom’s and other family members’ many questions about their prescriptions as well. He was great about dealing with our insurance company when it changed in the middle of the year and made sure our daughter got her prescription on time despite the change. The pharmacy also offers drop off service which has been great for our daughter at college since she doesn’t have a car.

I have used Medicine Mart on Sunset Blvd in West Columbia for more years than I can recall. Service has always been reliable and comfortable. All associates are well informed and courteously answer any questions I have. Since I now live in a continuing service senior care facility, I especially appreciate the way Medicine Mart manages my prescriptions, including free delivery and occasional calls when a prescription nears renewal time. This group is top notch in every way.
