PHENOMENAL customer service!!!!! As someone who suffers from extreme anxiety while visiting the dentist I’m so glad I’ve found my forever dental home. Dr. Jamshidi was very detailed about my treatment plan. A lot of times medical professionals never really tell you the WHY behind every procedure but she made sure I understood why I needed every single procedure she recommended. Then to top it all off….. Charon the office manager went over my treatment plan and pricing including my insurance to see what was covered and what was expected by me. She even informed me of alternative payment plans that’s offered. I left my appointment feeling confident and informed. The staff was professional and office space was clean and welcoming! This place was awesome they really treat you well. They work like a family and you can feel the care they have within the building. Dr. Jamshidi has done a crown and a inlay for me and both experiences were great. Dr. Orozco did a root canal for me and she was great as well. Ashley and Alyssa were great assistants and helped me feel welcome and well taken care of every step of the way. Chanel took care of me at the front desk along with Margaret and made checking in, out, and paying a breeze. I 100% recommend this office for any and all of your dental work. If you have to get dental work done you may as well love the place you go to for the work. This would be that place.

Denise did my cleaning and she always does an amazing job. I have braces yet she manages to still do a thorough job of getting around them. I can always feel a significant difference. Chanel and Margret are extremely welcoming and make my experience that much more comfortable. Really appreciate everyone at West Cobb Dentist Office!

My Dentist Dr. Bita is such a Doll, she made me feel comfortable. I hadn’t had a dentist were everyone is nice and pleasant. Keep up the good work!

Why tell your patients to get there at 745a for an 8a appointment when the staff isn’t even there at that time to greet you and check you in? I didn’t get checked in until 803a. This happens every time. That’s bad customer service. You need to either adjust your appointment times or the arrival times of your staff. Your patients’ time is just as valuable as yours.
