I’m extremely disappointed with this speech therapy center, especially with Krista, who currently works with my son. She is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Her attitude during sessions makes every visit uncomfortable, and it’s heartbreaking to see how it affects my child’s progress and confidence. On top of that, the center has constant staff turnover. My son had two weekly appointments that were helping him so much, and out of nowhere they told me they no longer had anyone available because the previous therapist quit. No replacement, reschedule, or even apologize they just canceled everything. As a parent trying to get consistent help for my child, this has been beyond frustrating. If I were not forced, I would never come to this place. Everything is disorganized and rushed. The staff always seem in a hurry. Even though I travel a long distance to get here, they usually start the appointment about 5 minutes late and end the 30-minute session early. The front desk staff is not friendly, and contacting the office is very difficult. The quality of treatment is poor, and there is no clear treatment plan. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

What is the problem with Scheduling? I can’t even get an appointment when no one is available every time I call to make an appointment for severe sciatic pain. Been trying for a week and a half to get someone to call back and nope. A referral is pointless when no one at the facility follows through. I’m asking my doctor for a referral elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.

Horrible therapists and customer service. Too many bad experiences to explain. Therapists have lack of understanding for autism. Need more training. Administration staff are lazy. I had a question that required looking up my info to understand. Before even trying to problem solve, I was given a generic bogus answer. I had to make her look up the info in which she was unhappy. How can you answer a specific question without looking first? After I corrected her she gave me a different answer after finally getting the info. Its going to be a struggle if you go here. Two thumbs down. Highly NOT recommended . Based off response, this should show you the HUGE disconnect between Owner and employees. What the owner perceives and what is happening on the floor is totally different. Not surprising

I wanted to take the time and share my experience with West Coast Spine and the PT Specialist Kristyn Shaw. When I first came in for my PT for knee replacement surgery, she noticed a lump at the end of my incision and she suggested I see my orthopedic surgeon before we continue. Good thing because I had an infection that needed time to heal. Once it did we were off to my training and recovery Kristyn was focused, disciplined and pushed me to do my best, she has been such an inspiration that even though my PT has ended insurance only covers so much. That I will continue my PT at home. I wish Kristyn and anyone she comes in contact with the best as she is a true gift for West Coast Sine and it's patients. Thank You again for everything you did for me.
