This was my first visit and I was very impressed and happy to have scheduled with Dr. Holcomb and the team! From the phone call to the actual eye exam everyone was very thorough and patient. My experience at Advance Care Optometry has been great from the very beginning. My first appointment was with Dr. Kim, who was warm, attentive, and made the whole exam comfortable and easy to understand. For my second visit, I ended up seeing Dr. Tran since there were no available openings with Dr. Kim she was just as amazing. She was friendly, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, so I felt completely taken care of. The office itself has such good vibes, pleasant atmosphere that smells nice right at the entrance, which makes the space feel clean and calming. Great selection of eyeglasses. The staff is kind, the environment is modern and comfortable, and both doctors create a genuinely positive experience for me.
