West Chester Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center truly made an impact on me. The staff were welcoming, professional, and very attentive to the residents. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they serve and work hard to create a comfortable and supportive environment. The residents were so kind and appreciative but also so funny. The staff made the process smooth and organized for us. It was really rewarding to be able to give back in a space that values compassion and dignity.

West Chester Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is an awesome place for your loved ones, I highly recommend it! I went to visit my aunt there and she was very happy unlike other places she’s been to. The care for the clients goes over and beyond. I couldn’t ask for a better place and the bonus is they are always active with the clients. She loves Lashonda Daniel’s the Activity Director because she says she always has something creative, fun and festive for them to celebrate, there’s never a dull moment! I truly believe that makes all the difference in her mental health. This place is a keeper!

This facility has a wonderful activity director she books live entertainment at least twice per month, she always asks for the best. LaShonda is an amazing activity director! She’s super dedicated to her residents and always makes them feel loved and valued. She goes above and beyond she always makes sure to choose the best shows.

All the changes happening at West Chester Rehab with better staffing and remodeling, have made the facility a much improved place to live and be treated. Everyone that I have encountered is very kind and caring. I am most pleased to have the Activity Director, Lashonda Daniels. It is wonderful to have scheduled activities again and she is working with the residents to engage them and have some fun!

The activiry director LaShonda is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyind yo make sure every event is fu ,inclusive, and well-organized. You can really tekl she carea about creating a positive environment for everyone.From themed parties to thoughful daily activities, everything is suoer creative and engaging. When ever I call her and say hey can our resudents work on tjis together is always willing. We have done christmas card exchanges. We are currently working on starting a penpal. La Shonda enjoys dressing up for all special days and Holiday west chester is blessed to have her. Many people always talk about her pictures and ideas that she shares. She has the heart for her position.
