Oh, I went to my appointment to have a tooth checked because a week ago, the crown of the tooth had fallen off and now my tooth is missing a very large piece, I am starting to feel sensitivity and for me this is crazy, THIS DISCOMFORT, Dr. John Magee attended to me today super fast and in a hurry, I understand that he was doing his job and has other patients, but he has to treat me well and do a good job, he never opened my mouth, he never asked me what I felt, he never saw anything, the nurse only took a picture and projected it on the computer and the doctor only looked at the computer and referred me to another doctor to fix the root canal in my tooth, I had to say: was that all? and they told me yes, I said then, no, no, put anything there, even if it was temporary and he did, but I do

Best dentist around! Dr. Kofman and her team helped ease my fear of dentists and I actually love going now! Very gently cleaning teeth and I feel like a new person every time I leave!

Dr. Koffman, her dental assistant Nancy and the staff are truly gems. When my vintage front bridge needed to be replaced with implants, I was a wreck. Dr. Koffman listened to my fears, coached me through my tears and had a whole lot of patience and words of encouragement to help me through a long decision making process. I am so grateful they didn't give up on me. I just had my final visit. The implants are in and I have the exact smile that I always had. By far, the most caring group of people with their expertise work and attention to detail. I could not be happier!

I've been coming to West Chester Family Dental with Dr Elena Koffman for almost 15 years. I've never had a dentist so gentle or patient. She will spend 20 minutes making sure your gums are numb before numbing with a needle. She goes super slow so you only feel pressure, no pain. My kids go to her, too, and she is great with kids, and allows parents in the room to help calm them. I've been to other dentists who were very rough, impatient and didn't allow parents in the room with kids. Dr Koffman is an angel. I hope she never retires!

I wonder if Dr. Elena M. Kofman, DMD (for which we have great respect, and she is the best) knows or realizes how her staff behaves and works? Bigots and judgmental, condescending, entitled, rude, and neglecting. We have been going there for a while now. Too many incidents have occurred to our family and for us to continue to ignore them. Very disappointed 😞
