Thank you for all you did for us during Copper's final weeks. Any time we needed you, you guys were there- and not just available, but available with compassion, understanding, and the willingness to just sit and listen. Any time we called or emailed it always felt like "Anything for Copper". From the girls at the desk (each and every one of them), to amazing Dr. Lynch (the sweetest) and Dr. Clark with his ability to 'shoot it straight' while still maintaining an exceptional bedside manner... After a year of frustration with other vet offices, my boyfriend's family suggested Dr. Werner. They had been going for many years and highly recommend this office. Dr. Werner fixed many issues with my cat that every other vet failed to do. He did this compassionatly and explored the more financially reasonable options before blindly suggesting thousands of dollar procedures. I am forever grateful for taking such great care of my little girl 🐈‍⬛

Absolutely fantastic service and care every time we have a visit. The veterinarians, technicians, and staff are all wonderful and caring. Appointment times are kept and there is no wait for scheduled visits.

I cannot thank Werner Animal Hospital enough for taking in our puppy, Millie, in a pinch. I was traveling out of town and have used Werner before during the COVID lockdowns but that was also as an emergency visit. We had suspected that our Bernese Mountain Dog had a UTI and possibly an ear infection. Werner was able to get us in within 2-days. I had filled out 1 form and in that time I was called into the exam room. I was at Werner for maybe 35 minutes. Dr. Lynch and the staff were amazing. The vet techs were so sweet and nice and took great care of our pup. Dr. Lynch took her time to exam Millie and gave her a quick once over with her coat, ears, and mouth. She was extremely patient and explained the medicine Millie would be on as well as anything to look out for if her symptoms worsen

I have been a client for many years and have always been impressed by the care and compassion these veterinarians convey to their furry patients. They very often will recommend an alternative to costly medication and are expert at diagnosing issues that arise. If you are in their care you are in good hands ❤️
