CityMD Morris Plains Urgent Care - New Jersey

Not all Urgent Care are the same and you really need to have several go to picked out. Some have much longer hours, broader service, larger network, etc. Whatever fit your needs and always good to have several around you to have options. What I like about CityMD is the broad network that bring consistency, have longer hours, and broad service. I went to this office tonight and overall care was great. Barely anyone in the lobby area, easy walk in process, and got the care needed to satisfactory. From the doctor to staff on duty, I was thankful and enjoyed my expierence very much. Thank you.

Came here (pregnant) to rule out a respiratory infection, had some difficulty breathing and had some brief chest pain the night before. The extremely rude doctor didn’t even listen to my lungs or treat me with any type of compassion before fear mongering me into going to the ER for a pulmonary embolism, sat in the ER ALL day and exposed my baby to a CT scan out of unnecessary fear she inflicted on me. She was very rude, dismissive and her facial expressions were so derisive even with the mask on. I will never ever come back here and stay away from this place especially if your pregnant or vulnerable.

They only have one doctor on site—ridiculous. The wait times are absurd. The front desk staff is extremely unwelcoming; the male staff member shows zero personality, and the woman with curly hair doesn’t even greet patients. She rolls her eyes when questions are asked and shows no empathy toward sick patients. Overall, it’s far better to wait 1–2 days to see your own doctor than to deal with this place.

Last weekend I was experiencing what I thought was awful cramps, and all they could tell me was that I had abdominal pains and to go to the nearest ER. I went to the ER and was told I was having a baby. But the visit at this location seemed to be kind of brushed off.

Great place to go for your emergency needs. The staff was very quick and sufficient with getting me in very fast, as I needed Urgent Care! The Dr was very sufficient and knowledgeable, front desk staff was very polite and welcoming and even gave me a follow up call 3 days later to see how I was doing. I will definitely be going back for urgent needs. Went to Urgent Care today September 12 and was able to receive great quick and fast service. The front desk staff was amazing i was able to check in online and basically walk right in to be seen. Ebony and Vanessa were a pleasure to deal with. It's nice when you are sick and feeling like crap you can be treated good.
