She’s been my doctor since I was diagnosed but I’ve been trying to get her to approve my medicine. On my normal dose. Nationwide shortage. Utmb specifically pharmacy has one that’s a dose lower. I’ve been waiting patiently. If it is not called in today they will not fill it tomorrow. Because you have to be on a special list since nondiabetic people are taking it to lose weight and I want to get it filled asap so they don’t run out completely and when I talked to the nurse at 11 she said the doctor would sign off after lunch. Well here we are 20 min to and of day and no response. This is not the first time I’ve had trouble getting a hold of her right away. She takes weeks to respond sometimes. She is a good doctor But last time I went I was completely treated horribly by her student and h

By far the worst dr I’ve seen. I have hyperthyroidism & high blood pressure & I haven’t had blood work in over a year and they keep rescheduling my apt. They didn’t refill my meds over the weekend so I had to do without & then when I called the nurse asked if “l” had any suggestions. I had to explain to her thats the reason I called. For her to give me suggestions. They are WAY OVER PACKED & CANNOT KEEP UP WOTH PATIENTS! (This came from a scheduling nurse) Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

I have been a patient of Dr Pan since 2016 when it was discovered that I have Type 2 diabetes. She is wonderful and a delight to see.

so very pleased with dr pan. i see her for thyroid n dieabets and i have made such great improvments. her nurse is friendly and makes me feel at home. i recommend her to my friends

She might have been great but they don’t answer their phone. I saw her once in November and spend 45 minutes on hold to make a next appointment at least 6+ times.
