The office was organized and ran in time. The MA was very professional, helpful and patient when I had to call my insurance to see what lab company we were in network with. The physician was professional, and very good at explaining our options and next steps. Very well run office!

Dr Au is always professional & amazingly fast, she notices things nobody else does . The assistant is always polite & knowledgeable , makes me feel comfortable. The ladies working the front are very nice professional , knowledgeable & do their job with a pleasant style 😀

Great staff and very helpful and listens and explains things so you understand and understands how insurance companies can be about the new medications that are expensive she was very helpful and made me very comfortable and happy!
