Wenger Chiropractic Group- Ephrata

My only visit to this Chiropractor I came seeking relief for my awful upper back pain. The appointment was short, less than 15 minutes. the man stretched me out a little bit and cracked my neck. When I went to leave I stopped at the desk to pay my bill, and the woman said my bill was only $30. I paid $30 and left. About three months later, I got multiple calls and letters in the mail demanding that I come back in and pay them an additional $10. I was then told that if i did not pay , they would report me to the credit bureau.. had they told me that day it was $40 I’d have paid. But sadly that did not happen, I made felt like I was tricked. Like I did them wrong. No where did I get anything that day or any idea that I’d owe more in the future.

I am 40 weeks pregnant and wanted to get an adjusted before the baby came. I was able to get an appointment and they adjusted me on the first appointment. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Really comparable price for self pay! I recommend it.

My appointment lasted about 10 minutes, the practitioner stretched me out a little bit and cracked my neck. Upon leaving I stopped at the desk to pay my bill, and the receptionist said "it's going to be $20 for the day". I happily handed her a $20 bill and left. About two months later, I got multiple calls and letters in the mail demanding that I come back in and pay them an additional $5. I was then threatened that if i did not comply, they would report me to the credit bureau. To contact me months later to gouge me for an additional $5, when I was told the final bill was the $20 is absurd. I urge anyone to seek relief elsewhere.

Absolutely wonderful experience(s). Dr. Eisenberg and Mr. Carbo are awesome! They listen when you tell them about your pain locations and treat accordingly. They are very friendly, making one feel extremely comfortable from the first visit. Dr. Carbos' personality is cordial yet distant at first, but give him time; he's a great guy, who is very kind! Don't let that throw you off; he is a wonderful chiropractor with a great bedside manner.

I have been seeing there staff for years. Dating back to my early 20s and a motorcycle wreck. No matter how many poor choices I make with my back. They hook me up!
