Ephrata Pharmacy

Very nice staff. They make sure they keep my medication in stock so it is available every month. They answer the phone right away. I left CVS because you can't even call the pharmacy anymore and talk to some one, you have to leave a message and have them call you back. Also, they never had my medication on hand even though I got it every month. Ephrata Pharmacy is a great place! So glad I switched!

I am SO happy I switched to Ephrata Pharmacy. My prescriptions are always ready in a timely matter. Every one of the staff members are very kind. They treat you like a friend. They offer delivery, for FREE! If you have any questions or concerns they are addressed immediately and with compassion. I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. I hope they are here for years to come.

Do you hate waiting in long lines and having to talk to disgruntled employees at your current nationally branded pharmacy?!? Please make the switch to this locally run pharmacy! The staff are always so nice to work with, are able to get medications in on time/without issue. And the pharmacists will work with you (and the terrible handwriting on your prescriptions) for whatever your needs are! Please consider making the switch, especially if you live locally!

I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy. It’s small, but the people offer big customer service. The techs and pharmacist are really pleasant and friendly. I haven’t used or needed it, but they even offer deliveries for prescriptions. I really appreciate their pharmacy - in an age where so many places are owned by big corporations, it’s nice to see there are still some local pharmacy shops that are truly LOCAL. I hope they can stay a local shop for decades. Go big and complete the circle - pennies spent in locally owned shops directly support local emergency service providers, municipal projects and maintenance, in keeping a community vibrant and attractive!! Keep them local!!!

The ladies at Ephrata Pharmacy are all wonderful, but Regina is truly a rockstar. She had my script ready in no more than 70 seconds. Highly recommend for quick and friendly service.
