Ephrata Massage

English not great but dont let that stop you from relief and healing. I do maintenance at a residential community and work different muscles all the time. She always finds my problem areas without me saying a thing. Reasonably priced with excellent results.

I have been visiting SunSun at the therapeutic massage for years now. She's one of the few massage therapists who can give me as deep a massage as my body requires without bruising me. I recommend a 90 minute massage, anything less is just teasing. She has never made me feel uncomfortable with awkward questions. She listens to me when I explain carefully that something is not comfortable. The language barrier is a little daunting, but she is learning slowly. She's gentle with my legs which are always painful and like rocks.

Sunshine is an excellent masseuse, as far as her expertise, this woman knows exactly what to look for and isolate it, no pain no gain is her motto. I've been to several places in my 33 years as a mover, you will not be disappointed.

⭐ I had an extremely upsetting experience with Ephrata Massage. I called this afternoon for the first time ever to ask what services they offer, as I had never been there before. Instead of answering professionally, I was treated with disrespect and was accused or implied to be asking for inappropriate services. I was genuinely confused and simply trying to understand what they do, yet I was made to feel humiliated and uncomfortable. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from a business. No customer should ever be spoken to or judged this way, especially during an initial inquiry. I would not recommend this place based on how I was treated over the phone.

Best massage ever! I was visiting town and called last minute to make an appointment. Sunshine was amazing. I had not been able to sleep on my right side for months due to hip pain, and the night after my massage, I was extremely happy the pain was finally gone after month of visiting many therapists that didn't help me. Sunshine works miracles with her hands and genuinely cares about her clients' well-being. I did not even have to explain much. She could tell what I needed just by afew touches. It was a bit painful, but as she said, not pain, not gain. 3 weeks later I drove 2.5 hrs just to see her. It's all worthy. I plan on driving up there at least once a month to continue my sessions.
