I had a very uncomfortable experience with Dr. Wendy due to repeated unprofessional and inappropriate comments. During my visit, she questioned how I could afford my medication simply because I am on Medicaid. This was unnecessary, judgmental, and completely unrelated to my medical care. A patient’s financial situation should not be questioned in this manner. She also repeatedly made comments about my religious head covering (hijab), claiming it was the cause of my hair loss, despite me explaining that I only wear it a very small portion of the day. Instead of focusing on evidence-based medical causes or ordering appropriate labs, she continued to make assumptions tied to my religious practice. Vanessa and her staff are absolutely awful. The only person that was remotely professional in this practice was the Dr. I was diagnosed with a kidney infection and the prescribed the wrong medication that I took for a week before Eva notified me to get another type of antibiotic. Im extremely well educated with HIPPA regulations and violations and this place is off point with all of the above. I let the first problem with my medicine go .... this second encounter i had to multiple times go in person and call and leave messages to even be able to get a refill. What a headache. PA Shropshire provides excellent care tailored to her patients conditions and other needs. She not only treats the condition she treats the patient. She listens, pays attention to detail, and she follows through. She has made my quality of life better.

AWFUL practice and ZERO concern for true patient care. She needs to retire. WHO is the MD for this place? No idea. But they are awful
