Wenatchee Wisdom Teeth

Shout out to Wenatchee Wisdom Teeth for a great experience and job well done. Took my oldest daughter to have her wisdom teeth extracted today. All four teeth were fully grown-in but thankfully not impacted or anything too crazy. She was quite nervous about getting them out and does not like needles, but Dr. Dickson and his team were so calm and encouraging that she felt reassured. My only request for Dr Dickson was that he not make any incisions in her mouth that were not absolutely necessary. Thankfully he was able to do just that - extract all four teeth with no incisions. It was fast. We were there just over two hours from start to finish. After the procedure she was wheeled down a hallway with celebrity-style red carpet and a fun full-length mirror at the end which made for a memorabl

My daughter just got her wisdom teeth out. It couldn’t have been a better experience. Definitely experts in the wisdom teeth world and focused on the care of the patient. I knew she was in the best care. Dr. Dickson went out of his way to make sure she felt comfortable and made sure it was also a fun experience if that is even possible.:: it is! Shooting baskets, eating frozen yogurt and even a sweet gift bag of her favorite Dutch bros. He also spent a lot of time answering all the questions we had. She is doing fine- lights are on but no one is home right after-but she keeps bringing up shooting the baskets in his office and how she still needed to do more after because she doesn’t remember it! I had two boys get their wisdom teeth taken out on the same day from Wenatchee Wisdom Teeth, and their experience couldn’t have gone better! My boys had no issues with their wisdom teeth removal and were very well taken care of at the clinic. Dr. Dickson was so great to check in with us a couple of times after they were home to make sure the boys were following procedures and healing well. Highly recommend Dr. Dickson and his entire staff!

My experience with Dr.Dickson & his assistant Kelsi was 10/10. This place goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and well taken care of, I was super nervous of getting all 4 wisdom teeth out and my recovery was so smooth, they made sure I had all my questions answered. Genuinely recommend scheduling your appointment with them! ☺️

While I would give a 5-star rating for the friendliness of the doctor and staff and for our experience with the extractions, I can only give a 2-star rating because of the billing practices. We were given a quote after checking our insurance, and I paid the bill in full at the time of service. Ten months later I got a call that we owed $1600 more because it turned out that our insurance was not in network, a mistake from their end. I said I would pay it when I could, but did not have the money right then for an unplanned expense, but continue to get frequent calls asking for payment. It has been very frustrating.
