Look nobody wants to have to get hearing aids. Dr Carter made the fitting process an enjoyable and educational experience, providing personalized attention, where it’s obvious how much she cares that you get the proper results. I tried two different types to find the ones for me with Dr Carters assistance.

My experience was truly amazing! I’ve been wearing devices for about five years and obviously have had hearing issues longer. This was the first time I truly felt cared for, they really went above and beyond to take care of everything for me. The testing was the most comprehensive I’ve ever experienced ,and really took the time to make sure I understood my new devices and how to use them, and before I left made sure to schedule follow up care. Super friendly staff just truly wonderful people and an absolute first class experience!!!
