Wellstar Windy Hill

I am a physician who used to work at the Windy Hill Surgery suites. It was great. But I want to tell people about the experience when I had a MRI recently. It was a pleasant experience. I have had many MRIs there and I must tell everyone that I would never go anywhere else. Tommy, who does the MRI is fantastic and very helpful. I also like to tell the entire poplulation in the Atlanta and the surrounding counties that if any of you or your loved ones need Long Term Acute Care, please consider Windy Hill LTAC. My son had knee surgery here and it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone we met with from the time we walked in the door to the moment we left were extremely nice and very informative. Definitely the BEST bedside manner of any other Wellstar we have been to.

Completely unprofessional nurse I'm not aware of the name. But using foul language when you're calling about about a relative that was airlifted due to a major car accident and the nurse just uses vulgarity and trying to understand the family Dynamics is irrelevant some of these nurses need to be re-evaluated for professionalism. And some of the nurses there are wonderful some were made for the job others are there for the money!

I have been coming to this location for the last 3 years (upon the recommendation from a family member) and have experienced nothing less than top tier care while getting imaging done. The staff is always kind and welcoming. It's worth the 1+ hour drive for excellent customer service.

The staff is very nice, the facility is clean and beautiful. The doctors do a good job calling back to The family. The phone system is not so great some times you get Kennestone but over all an excellent experience.
