Wellstar Urgent Care

I had a great experience at this location! This is like my third time taking my son here throughout the course of three years and they have always treated him great. They always ask him questions; How is he feeling, Explain things to him In a way he can understand, and when he’s afraid they walk him through it and calm his nerve, Which is a place for me! Thanks for the good service! Dr. Harris was great and their nurse practitioner!

One of the best urgent care visits I’ve ever had in my life. The staff was friendly. I did take a little while to get back, but not so bad. However, the nurses were friendly the x-ray tech was friendly and the doctors was very very friendly I really liked her!!! and she listened to everything I had to say and helped quickly and had me in and out there so fast and answered all my questions And did everything they needed to do. Including an xrap for my chest congestion. I am very, very impressed. I will definitely go back there instead of the hospital (Kennesaw) that’s for sure but they suck and I will tell everybody I know about this location.

I've used this urgent care many times. As always I received excellent care. Everyone was polite and caring. They took care of my problem and sent a prescription to the pharmacy. I pass a ton of urgent care facilities to get to this location because they always figure out my problem and fix it. Highly recommend! Shout out to NP Michael, and nurses Alexandra, Christiano and front desk Andurina for their professionalism, kindness and humor. Thank you all.

Overall, I had a positive experience at Wellstar Urgent Care on Delk Rd. Keisha, the CMA, was absolutely amazing. She was fast and efficient while still being warm and personable. We had a great conversation while she took my vitals, and she truly made me feel comfortable and at ease. She has such a sweet spirit and definitely made the visit feel welcoming. Dr. Harris was also excellent. She took the time to truly listen and carefully consider everything—from my current symptoms to my past medical history. I have a fairly extensive medical background, and it was very clear that she reviewed my chart thoroughly before coming in to speak with me. the staff was very nice however dr harris was very dismissive when i explained my symptoms she said it was a simple sinus infection and cold all for 30 minutes later i receive a my chart message saying i tested positive for the flu. i didn’t get a follow up call or message i had to actually go back to the facility to confirm i indeed did have the flu. dr.harris’ bedside manner could be a lot better when seeing patients
