Wellstar Urgent Care

It took over 20 minutes just to get checked in. They were not busy at all. Only one gentleman in front of us and no other patients in the building. After being there for an hour we left. The service was extremely slow and with a sick 3 year old not ideal. I could understand if the office was busy but that was not the case. I am not one to complain but I expected better service.

Everyone here was incredibly kind, informative, and got me in and out as quickly as they could. I’ve waited hours at other local urgent cares many times before and this one had me checked in, treated, and out the door within an hour as a walk in. Highly recommend!

Drove from Senoia on 2/22. I will never go anywhere else if I can help it. PA Powell listened to everything my wife and I had to say. I was genuinely impressed by the level of care, competency, and intelligence we encountered that day at an urgent care. Everyone from the desk, to the PA, and even the young lady training actually wanted to do their job. The building is new and clean inside. Plus the ER is across the street, should urgent care not suffice.
