This place is amazing and changes lives!!! I have (And still do!) participated in personal training sessions, group fitness classes, and multi-week workout sessions and all of these are top notch! I have never been to a more supportive and non-judgmental gym than this one. I have seen results and success (inside and out) in myself and achieved health and fitness goals because of the amazing trainers and classes. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE this place! I go to Angie as a personal trainer and also take her group fitness classes. I've never enjoyed working out like I do now. Angie has pushed me to do things I never thought I'd be able to do. I'm seeing results in myself and others at the gym. I feel better and have more confidence. And bonus, everyone is so positive and supportive. Angie has truly created a "no judgement" zone. If you're new to working out or trying to get back into it, this is the place to start. Whether your working out with Angie, Amy or Michelle doing personal training or one of the group classes, I promise you won't regret it.

Love this gym- I never want to miss a day!I felt welcomed from day one. Group fitness and personal training are top notch. Angie works with you where you are but is always pushing you to the next level. A great place with a great setup and THE BEST people. Highly recommend.

This place is AMAZING! Not only the atmosphere but Angie the owner is great and motivates you daily as well as all the trainers and fellow members. They have many classes to choose from and also personal training. I have been coming here for a little over 6 weeks and I honestly cannot picture myself ever going anywhere else. The people here are encouraging and are always willing to go the extra mile! "Literally" ❤ You will not be disappointed! Come give The Body Shop a try!
