Wellstar Urgent Care

I have been to this location multiple times since 2022 & they have always helped and I have always had great interactions. Tonight George Delaney at the front desk went above and beyond for me, on top of his other duties. The nurses Sarafina Davis & Cierra Johnson were so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. The main nurse I had really made my night and is such a beautiful soul. She has a true passion for her job and her patients. & the provider i seen Dr. Ashley (NP) wasted no time in getting me the help I needed & made me feel really comfortable and seen tonight. Thank yall so much for helping & making my visit as good as it was. I really appreciate every one of you. ♡ P.S. Ladies, don't forget to check out Quicksilver and Brimstone ♡♡

I’ve been to this urgent care three times and two of the three times have been unacceptable levels of assessment and care. Two prescriptions for antibiotics without any cultures and one of those times resulted in a second trip because the antibiotic didn’t work and I had to come back for recurrent symptoms. The after visit summary includes values that weren’t counted and different values than I saw read out. I’m disappointed in the care. The staff were nice and wait times were short.

Had a good visit here this morning. LaKayla at reception was very nice and checked me in quickly. The medical assistant and PA didn’t make me wait long either. The whole visit took less than 45 minutes and I left with some new meds that are working well to knock out my sinus infection. Plus, I also received a handy text with information about the prescribed medications.

Receptionist Deborah EXTREMELY RUDE. Nurse who did blood draw was dismissive and rude as well. Office was empty. When I came in they both were on their phones scrolling. Had an appointment for simple blood draw. The doctors are excellent, but this staff is AWFUL!!!! Will NEVER go back to this office.

Literally sick so bad on new year day . They was the only place I could find open and I was only there maybe like an hour the MA I had David was great he had me in and out everything was ready to go by the time I left and the PA I seen was amazing and did not just say here take some antibiotics
