Wellstar Urgent Care

Poor customer service over the telephone. My wife called and asked if this was the one in Milton located by the Publix. The response was “Most are”. Not very helpful or considerate. She then had an attitude with helping us set up an appointment. This is disappointing as we have gone to this one before. Just be kind on the phone. It’s really not that difficult.

Wellstar Crabapple Urgent Care is now my go-to. Each member of the office and medical team display such courtesy and professionalism. I felt relieved to be so well taken care of when I was feeling so very ill.

I highly recommend The Crabapple Wellstar Urgent Care Facility. The staff is very professional and efficient and the wait time is practically none existent. I think this is Crabapple’s best kept secret.

Thomas Cox P.A. was so great in treating my daughter and solving the mystery of her severe back pain. I normally go to a different Wellstar location but will likely switch to this location going forward for our urgent care needs. All of the staff was warm and caring.

Dr. Sarah & Mr. Nico were so awesome so fast and caring. They took the best care of my son and my concerns. Honestly this is the only urgent care I go to. I have never been in there and been treated unkindly and not well taking care of. This is an amazing place no matter which physician is on called. I would highly recommend this urgent care to everyone.
