I just had my first appointment with Dr. Franco and her entire team, and I am beyond impressed! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Cassie and Melissa are incredibly warm, friendly and personable. They truly made me feel like I'd known them for years, not minutes. The customer service was outstanding in every way: thoughtful, attentive, and professional without ever feeling stiff or rushed. Dr. Franco took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the visit. The office is spotless, modern, and calming, which only added to the great experience. If you're looking for exceptional dental care combined with genuine kindness and top-tier service, this is the place!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Franco and her entire staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. She is very personable, truly listens, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. She was kind enough to fit me in last minute and did an excellent job fixing my chipped front tooth, making sure I was completely satisfied with the results. It really shows how much they care about their patients. I highly recommend her and her team.

I absolutely love my dentist! I’m so happy I can finally say that I have found a dentist that I full trust. Dr. Franco does an excellent job thoroughly explaining things throughout the visit. I thought I had cracked a new filling that Dr. Franco did for me, and she was quick to have me come in the following day without any issues….turns out my filling is still perfect!! 🤩 Love everyone there, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I no longer have crazy anxiety going to the dentist because of yall!

I had such an amazing experience at this office today! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The front desk staff was so sweet, and the office itself is beautiful, modern, and very clean. The dental assistant truly went above and beyond — she made me feel so comfortable by offering a blanket and eye mask, was extremely patient with my X-rays, and was so personable and easy to talk to. It made a huge difference. The doctor was absolutely amazing as well. She was kind, thorough, and took the time to go over all of my X-rays and scans in detail, making sure I understood everything and felt completely comfortable. She even fit my husband in for same-day treatment, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. Overall, a 10/10 experience. I would highly recommen

Had the best experience here! My previous dentist was no help to me and did not seem to care about me or my teeth and was extremely pricey but here Dr. Franco does what is best for her patients and will make sure you’re leaving satisfied! The office is super nice and clean and everyone is very sweet and welcoming!
