I am writing this based upon making an appointment and will update this review after the late September 2025 appt. First, this Rheumatology Group serves 5 locations, and the calls to them use the same # and are sent to one scheduling office. It took me 18 calls over 11 days to get someone on the phone. I called at varying times of the day, and the only advice I can offer is to call between 10:15a-11:15am on a Friday IF you are calling to make an initial appointment. Over those 18 calls, I left several voicemails requesting a callback to make an appointment on 17 of them. Someone did answer one of my calls, but I think I pressed "2" (clinician) instead of "1" (for appointments) and was rerouted to the appointment voicemail.
