Julie and her staff are amazing. I had ankle fusion surgery in August of 2024. I have started walking as my main exercise again but never could find the shoes that made my walk comfortable. I researched lots of shoes on my own. During the search, Foot Solutions came up with the services I needed. I live about an hour away from the Acworth store. It was worth the drive!! Julie took her time to listen to my struggles and she watched me walk without shoes. She pulled the shoes that would best fit my needs. As I tried them on there were certain oddities but she knew exactly how to adjust the shoe. I bought 2 totally different shoes. Incredible experience at Foot Solutions. I made an appointment because I was having a very specific foot pain that I knew was related to my walking. Julie watched me walk and I was amazed at how much information she was able to glean from that. She knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it, having me try various orthotics with my current shoe and also with a Brooks shoe that they have. I felt the difference right away. Julie was so kind and patient and explained everything in a way that I could really understand what was going on and what needed to be done. She told me to come back in 4-6 weeks for a reevaluation to make sure that this was really helping. It's clear she genuinely cares about her clients. Great experience here! Wasn’t sure what to expect but they were great and I will be back! Very attentive, they listen to your needs, have you walk so they can see what your needs are, and gave me several options with varying prices. They educated me as well. If you’re looking for some new shoes and want to find some that will fit great and work with your body then I highly recommend going to see these guys!

Gave me so much big shoes with Orthotics and another Insert. Which damaged my foot, ankle, toe. Unnecessarily charging by providing accessories. I went again for replacement accessories which damaged my foot more. It looks like they are treating fairly but NOT. Specialist Dr. Are restricted, can't say regarding shoe stores. I have been experiencing foot problems since May 2025, still not resolved. Can't take back worn shoes. Everyone is working for money but no TRUE care of patient
