Wellstar Primary Care

I had such an incredibly positive experience here!!! This is so refreshing as so many other medical centers in Villa rica have the worst customer service, doctors who clearly could care less, and just terrible offices. So for this to open so close to my home and be so much amazing I was so blown away. I originally came in on a Saturday night because I was running a very high fever along with coughing, chills, sore throat,ect. The lady at the front desk was very nice and the wait was very short. When I get on in the back the nurse and doctor (Akilah Alston-Regan) were both so sympathetic and I could clearly tell they really understood how sick I felt and were taking it very serious. I ended up having the flu and they prescribed me medicine and gave me advice on how to treat my symptoms. I

Tracy, the nurse practitioner is such a blessing to now have in Villa Rica ! She is very knowledgeable, professional , kind , caring ,and extremely thorough. It's clear she truly cares about her patients. Finally having a WellStar facility in this area is fantastic ! The office staff were very helpful , and her nurse , especially , was exceptionally caring. -L.C.

I am here now the staff is professional and kind. I had the pleasure of seeing Mrs akilah she was attentive and focused on my specific issue.I have had a few not so great EXPS with wellstar.I am glad to see they're doing better in improving staffing and patient services.GD job ladies of villa rica location thanks,A Mallory
