The front office staff was very professional, Trinity had me checked in with ease , met my new doctor Dr. Alexis , he took time to go over my medication. Looking forward to see him again next year.

I have been coming here for years for either my appt or my mother’s appt. I have never had a wait time longer than 5 minutes. I see NP Josh who is absolutely amazing and thorough. He addressed all my needs and reviews my problem lists individually. I’m happy I found this PCP it’s like a hidden treasure. The MD left who was really good and saw my mother. But I am familiar with the replacement. Front desk and the MAs are also friendly. If you’re looking for patient centered care I would recommend these providers :)

Dr. Lenhard left this practice at the end of October, and this place has fallen apart as a result. The MyChart portal stopped letting you refill your prescriptions online (presumably because there’s no doctor on staff to approve anything), and no one EVER answers the phone on the clinical technician side. You can leave a voicemail, get transferred from the front desk, etc. - it doesn’t matter. You won’t get a returned call, let alone the assistance you need. You can’t even message them through MyChart now because of the lack of doctors. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Embarrassing level of care.

They do not answer the phone at all at this office and then if u just walk in u see them deliberately not answering the phone very unprofessional hard to schedule an appointment unless u walk in can't message them on my chart or get a returned phone call nor a phone call pick up very unprofessional here with front desk service

Dr. Lenhard is the most thoughtful and kind physician I have ever been a patient of. He sincerely cares and takes his time with you. The office staff is always wonderful and NP Pam Tinsley is just as great.
