While our experience with the staff at the office was positive, I would definitely encourage potential patients to ask about costs in advance. I was lucky that my daughter only required a brace to repair a fracture (that a nurse practitioner helped her fasten on her wrist), but the billing was more representative of setting a major break with a cast ($800 after insurance). I disputed the billing code used since it didn't seem to apply to our situation but was told there was no other code to use.

Our son broke his wrist at school and we were in distraught. I was able to get him into see Dr. Priola right away who reset the bone the same day without surgery despite it being a bad fracture. Dr. Priola is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and is great with kids. We are so incredibly grateful to him and the staff for helping our son. I highly recommend Dr. Priola to any parents in need of a pediatric orthopedic surgeon to care for your children. Thank you.

250.00!!! Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!!! No compassion. Extremely passive aggressive. Rude and condescending. Their front desk receptionist Felicia changed our appointment and when we arrived she sent us to a totally different building as my five year old daughter had a possible fracture. Only for us to return back to the building, actually having an appointment. This company’s corporate appointment line informed us that Felicia had in fact changed our appointment. We came here after my daughter had gone to an urgent care and we found out she had a double buckle fracture. The Dr was only supposed to look at the x-rays as a second opinion. We then found out after we were being charged over $1000 for this second opinion as they claim "it's not a second opinion because the first opinion didn't come from a specialist". The Dr at this office didn't even take off her brace to palpate her wrist. He only agreed with the x-ray. He was not even with us for 5 min after waiting 2 hours. I kept trying to call for answers after I got a notice from insurance. No one could answer my questions until my fourth time calling. Visited for my son's knee pain. They got me in quickly and staff was great. They put him in a knee brace. However, I just received a $900 bill for the brace. My son was advised to wear it for a few days. The day of the visit, I asked them what the cost was and they said they didn't remember. In the future the staff should know the prices braces and discuss this with patients before sending them home.
