Completely disrespectful. Had an initial appointment at this office today but I remembered the time wrong (which I own) but I have a two year old and am 38 weeks pregnant. So memory is hard right now. Was 30 minutes late and had my husband call to let them know I was on the way and the way that the receptionist spoke to my husband is absolutely shameful. My husband is so mild mannered and called to apologize but was met with coldness. She was rude, had zero grace and understanding and showed so much disrespect towards him and our families situation. Told us to turn around and that she wouldn’t reschedule and we were never allowed back in such a way that has left my husband really shook up by their interaction. I understand being late and the annoyance of patients getting times wrong. I und

Great! Fastest yet still thorough visit I’ve had in years. Got me in early. Asked me lots of good questions and seemed to be very genuine and caring and yet also I was still in and out fast. Very little wait between doctor, nurse, and lab. Can’t beat that!

Great staff and great Doctor! We saw Dr. Saade And he was very professional, and my son liked him a lot! They have music playing back there in the office and it was just a welcoming environment! The receptionist is phenomenal! She was very helpful as I had new patient papers to fill out and sign!!!

100% recommended today was my first appointment I changed from Smyrna's office to this one and it's a big difference from the girls who attend in the office to the nurses and Dr. Cristy is a wonderful person

I love this place. There is no place I rather be. The team they built here is great with kids. They are patient, professional, and understanding. I have been going here for 4 years now and both of my kids are patients here. I highly recommend for everyone.
