Wellstar PATT

What an example of the very worst of Wellstar … Heartbreaking that they allow this section of the hospital to operate as such. It’s apparent that there is no supervision, leadership or accountability for what they should be accomplishing….so frustrating. I spent two hours at PTT ten days ago for what !!!!they called me two days ago because they missed (2) labs so I had to return and sit again in the waiting area just over an hour until I left …ridiculous for just two lab draws (5) minutes …. An hour and ten minutes and PTT was not even close to doing my lab draws. I can guarantee you Wellstar would not accept the way PATT treats people so sad for healthcare that strives for success

The NP I met with to get approved for surgery was awful. She was very dismissive. I was trying to explain that I was anxious about having surgery because of a number of medical problems I'm experiencing but she would not listen! Like I'm an idiot & don't know my body & how I'm feeling. I had to ask her to do a urine test & when I checked mychart the test came back "abnormal" & showed an infection going on. Did they call me from PATT to let me know? Nope, went on mychart to look at results. Going to PATT was a total waste of time!

Down right scam! Apparently this place only cares about the financial assistants they will receive and not the care of their patienets. The intern Dr says one thing, while the supervising dr says another. I had a full plan ahead with the dr i had been seeing, then the other dr comes in and says no we arent going to do any of that. And Dr. Lovett had the nerve to get in our face and lie on us. We are very decent people abd have never been treated with such disrespect and lack of blatant disregard for a patients medical care! DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! TERRIBLE.

Grateful for the free medical care however very disappointed in the misdiagnosis.. would like to see much better care towards the patients here, situation was much more serious then initially diagnosed...
