Cold uninviting staff and uncomfortable waiting area. Dr Steenage is completely uncaring and not good with needles. I’ve had shots in my knees before but they never hurt like it did when he administered it! Felt like his hand was unsteady and he was digging it around in there. He also refused to call in anything to help with pain. All I asked for was lidocaine patches because I can’t take pain medication at all. Worst orthopedic doctor ever!

WAITED AN HOUR AND A HALF AND WALKED OUT. I am almost 9 months pregnant and drove an hour to this appointment. I don't know why they tell patients to arrive 15 minutes early just to make them wait over an hour to be seen. After 30 minutes of waiting I should have been told it will be another hour wait but there was zero communication until I walked out of the room to see what was taking so long and I was then told that something came up and if I want to reschedule it will be a while before there is availability again. Even though my hand is in severe pain I would rather pay money to an out-of-network facility than come back here.

I had an appointment scheduled for a month. The week before they call me and tell me because they have a new doctor that labs will be running 45-60 minutes behind schedule. This is absolutely absurd. I don’t have time to wait that long just like doctors don’t have time to wait 60 minutes for us if we are running behind. No thanks! I’ll find a practice that understands that patients have schedules too!

Be aware if you have asthma!!! All the nurses were using fragrances and in the reception they were fuming scents. Thanks for the migraine seizure triggered by them. The doctor was professional. Some sort of flies were flying in the room.

First appointment when I got here they told me the doctor is running behind it will be a hour wait. I told her I couldn’t wait that long please reschedule me. We get rescheduled for the next Friday. We get here on time again 10am Front desk rep says nothing. Here it is now 10:44 am and we are still waiting in the lobby for our 10am appointment. This is horrible. The worst wellstar ever. A follow up appointment that shouldn’t take that long. I want to leave the worst ever I will never come back. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
