My wife gave birth here to a beautiful healthy baby girl on Dec. 8th, and we want to recognize all of the nurses in Labor & Delivery as well as the postpartum team in the other part of the hospital. Every woman that cared for and checked on us and the baby was honest, kind, compassionate, and attentive. Each woman carried a different level of comfort, or way that they interacted, but the timing was perfect. We had "moms" and we had Type-A go-getters, and then we had sweet and gentle night nurses as well. Throughout all of it, God was present, and the entire team ensured that we were informed and allowed to give birth the way we had dreamt of on our birth plan. I just gave birth to my baby boy 10-23-25 and I had the best experience. I had a c- section and the anesthesiologist were amazing. They played my choice of music and kept me calm and made sure I was okay. Maddie was so good at keeping me calm. Thank you to the entire team. My doctor was dr.Fredrick and I believe Dr. Jessica helped him they was also amazing. Thank yall so much for delivering my boy and keeping us safe. My nurses were also amazing. Thank you to the nicu nurses for taking such good care of my boy the first 4 days of his life.

Good hospital for the most part the staff was Awesome and the place was clean. I’m writing particularly about this midwife mauve ( I’m sure I’m spelling her name wrong) Started out good but then While I was doing the best I could to help my daughter during labor she turned very rude and extremely unprofessional. I do under stand that she was under stress but she did not have to yell at me embarrass me in front of everybody and treat me like I had not put in an enormous amount of help helping out which made her job better. At the end my feelings were floored. Soft skills until the end and she did not have that. I was helping as I was told and she did not have to yell at me and tell me to MOVE!!! singling me out embarrassing me. If I was not doing the job right all she had to do was simply

I didn’t feel very welcomed upon arrival. I came in via ambulance, and out of the two male responders, only one showed any level of empathy, and that was minimal. When one of them placed my wristband on me, it was done in a way that felt noticeably uncomfortable, as if he did not want to touch me at all. The same applied to the first nurse who verified my name and age before I was assigned a room…. the interaction was curt and not very warm. Once I was brought to a room, a woman with a ponytail came in and began asking questions without greeting me or acknowledging me first, which added to the dismissive feeling at the start of my visit. Overall, the beginning of my experience felt impersonal and unwelcoming. As a person of color, I hate to say it, but I did not begin to feel comfortabl

Hell on earth! No care and the staff is evil! Called me all kinds of names and I could hear it all! The staff does not care at all! Was left alone with no care. Begged for care and asked more than 15-20 staff members who walked by and they just kept walking by! The only person who “checked” on me was the billing person! They help me hostage and denied me exit! They tried to force me to sign off and say that I was taken care of. I declined. Had to take my IV full of blood out myself. Called 911 for help multiple times. Was told that a nurse was on her way for 15 minutes. A nurse never showed up! The security was coming to help and still nothing! Filling a police report! Shame on them!
