Dr. James has helped me, an active 68 year-old guy, regain flexibility and mobility. He listens carefully, evaluates me physically and provides experienced physical therapy. I am surprised how well the dry needles have worked to loosen my right hip. It’s like acupuncture, which I was skeptical about, and now that it is helping I’m a believer.

I always have a great experience coming here! James is very knowledgeable and the dry needling that he does really helped my lower back pain and neck pain. One thing I really like about him is that whenever he gives you a physical therapy exercise to do at home he will also send you an email with the exercise included so you can refer back to it if you forget or if in a year you need to remember how to do it it’s still there in your email. I think this is awesome! Highly recommend. I just finished going through treatment with him for about three months now and my lower back pain and neck. Pain is significantly better.

Dr. Connelly is a great guy who makes physical therapy more comfortable, so you can improve and make progress toward your goals. His integrative approach takes multiple facets into consideration, and that way, you get results faster. He helped me immensely, was very approachable and organized, and I saw improvement immediately. He was so helpful to me that I sent my husband to him as well. Can’t recommend him enough if you’re looking to improve yourself and feel better!!

James at Results Rehab has been awesome in treating my lower T5 tendon issue, a deep muscle injury near my spine, using dry needling and targeted exercises. As an active guy, I’m impressed by his sports medicine expertise, especially since he’s got me ready for a golf tournament in just a month.
