SmartMED Drive-Thru Medical Care

I never thought I'd be excited to share an experience at an urgent care, but this was top notch service. Every encounter was professional and eased my child's fears. Quick, efficient, and fantastic customer service. I'm so happy to have SmartMed as an option for local urgent care, when needed!

What a unique model of healthcare. I was very impressed by the speed and quality of care. From the time I drove up to having seen the nurse practitioner Stephanie and was driving away with a prescription it was a total of 10 minutes. Often when I have had medical appointments with other providers in the past, it can take 30-45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time for me to see the medical professional which can be frustrating. It was a dramatically different experience in a good way at SmartMed. Stephanie listened to my symptoms and examined me with care and attention to detail. All of this happened while I was still sitting in my car. Of course they can bring you inside if needed but this even helps with limiting exposure to other sick patients rather than sitting in a waiting r

We have now used SmartMed twice and the service is phenomenal. The first time we went was for my daughter who was dealing with bronchitis and an ear infection. She was so sick, so it was nice to keep her in the car while she was seen. The second time was for my son when I was worried he had a sinus infection and we also were short on time. Both times we got in and out in a little over 15 minutes. I can’t say enough about the staff, the doctors, and how easy and convenient it is. We’ve used SmartMed at least 10 times across our family of 5. Every experience has been top notch. They are fast, friendly, and understanding. I love the drive-up concept, and I don’t ever feel the faster service means less thorough care. Added bonus - the cost. We have a high-deductible insurance plan and usually pay double or more at other urgent cares what SmartMed charges. I recently had to use telehealth through my insurance because we were traveling and even that was $50 more than SmartMed. Highly recommend!

There is a reason why this place has almost 400 reviews and a 5 star rating. The care and service they offer is exceptional. The entire staff is thoughtful and responsive. I feel like they genuinely care about my family and our wellbeing and not just like I'm being pushed through the process. But also, I never feel like my time is wasted because they are efficient. Being able to drive through with a sick kid is amazing. I feel so lucky to have this business so close to us in East Roswell.
