Intake person was extremely rude and unprofessional. Bragging about getting over 200 referrals a day, I was asking simple questions to which I was given the exact same response every time, eventually to be hung up on. They closed the other google listing cause it got such bad reviews. No wonder. I feel bad if you need a neurosurgeon or were referred here. even with a referral it takes 10 biz days just to process the referral, to which they may not even accept.
