I am continually amazed at the care and consideration given to us at Woodlawn Commons. They provide the best possible health care by the best physicians. I have been seeing Dr. Patel and always leave encouraged and on a better track. Now, I have been seeing Christine McKenzie PA and I am so very blessed to a patient on their team. Not only has Christine given me the best possible care (and encouragement where needed) she has become my moms GA primary care physician. I wanted mom to have a local Dr. to monitor her health when visiting me for periods of time and we truly have the best of the best. Thanks to Christine McKenzie, mom is on the right track and life is good. We are so blessed!

Depends on the Dr maybe...I see poor reviews but I've been with this group for years. With the exception of a staff member here or there, the majority of the staff has been great. I can usually get in same day or few days and have great communication through mychart. I do request to not see any that I have issues with but you're going to find medical providers you like and don't like no matter where you go.

So I scheduled an appointment last night for an available appt today as a new patient. Someone called me this morning to verify my insurance. I'm busy working so I'm not checking my personal emails. I leave work early and head to the office. As I'm driving I'm pulling up the email to get the address, just to see that it has been cancelled by the office. No one called to advise that the appt. was cancelled! So I call to see why it was cancelled just to get nonchalant attitudes from the staff. I'm happy I dodged the bullet on this one. Professionalism is everything. The staff doesn't understand that it isn't their practice they effect, it's the doctors. They must show empathy and professionalism when they dropped the ball! Thank goodness there are more great doctors out here!

Absolutely ridiculous. I just wanted to know why my billing estimate was 100s more than what they told me at the front office, and it is impossible to reach them! And yes I did call the general customer service line, they referred me to this office, which bounced me back to the customer service line. The only way I could get in touch with them was through the option to make an appointment, this tells me all this office cares about is getting new patients, and then overcharging you, and then making it impossible to ask them about anything! Ive been to this location before, they have about 8 people at the front office. It should be so easy to reach at least ONE of them for a billing question but ive been ghosted everytime. I do NOT reccomend, even for people with the greatest patience.

I'm shocked to see these reviews so negative. 😕 I've been going here for almost 15 years. I've never had an issue. I guess people are apt to post negative reviews than positive ones. That's too bad.
