I was shocked to read some of these reviews! The one about wait time…you are not getting a haircut. Never know what type of emergency is going on or who may need more attention. I have been on the other side of the door and grateful for the time and thoroughness that was given to my situation. When it comes to medical a 30 minute wait is reasonable. And yes, I am a single working mom with two kids who require a ton of medical - so I know busy. This frustrates me. Both Dr D and Jesse are AMAZING and I see a lot of doctors with my kids medical situations. It is rare to find professionals these days who really take the time to listen and truly care. Thank you for this!

I don’t even go here but I can say it’s the WORST. My parents go here for the PCP. The nurse won’t call you back so don’t expect a call back. Jesse will more than likely tell you that you aren’t sick and will send you home with no meds just so you have to PAY them again to come back and complain further about symptoms that have progressed. Front desk doesn’t answer the phone unless it’s on their time. Avoid this location at all costs!

I had a positive experience during my initial visit to Wellstar Family Medicine for a physical examination. My next appointment was scheduled for August 6 at 10:15 AM to address shoulder pain and obtain a medication refill. However, despite acknowledging the wait time, I was not seen by Jesse Smith NP until 10:50 AM, which gave the impression of a lack of consideration for my time. Given my work commitments, I was unable to spend the entire day waiting, and their apparent disregard for my schedule is unacceptable.

Medical providers and staff at this location are fantastic but during my 3 1/2 years as a patient here frequent chaotic and often conflicting policy changes from Wellstar have put me in positions where I was unable to receive care.

Low wait time, extremely knowledgeable and expert dr.dholaria. Considerate and polite. Never in a hurry.Doesn’t lose patience like many specialist do. Had a similar experience with NP Jesse.
