On two separate occasions now, they've cancelled appointments with me the day of the appointment because they didn't have an Echocardiogram tech available. At the CARDIO CENTER. Had an appt in mid-October, scheduled through the Veteran's Administration Hospital. Showed up for nothing. Was told they called me. Thing is, when they thought I owed them money for the appointment in advance, I got a call, a text AND an email. They rescheduled for late November. I showed up for that and the same thing happened. No tech. They called. Bro, no one answers phone numbers they don't recognize, with no caller ID info attached. Do the thing you do when you think MONEY is at stake. Because the patient should be at least as important as the money, you'd think.
