I am so happy about my new dentist’s office! Our dental insurance changed at the beginning of the year and I had to leave my old practice. I was not looking forward to that but I walked away so pleasantly surprised! When you wank in the door, the office is just beautiful. Then you meet the staff and they simply can’t be beat! My hygienist was so kind and so thorough. She complimented my good efforts but also let me know where I can improve in keeping my teeth healthy! Dr. Zachary Woo was outstanding as well. So personable and friendly. His youthful appearance was deceptive because I was just as comfortable with my exam as I have been over the last ten years!

I have been to a lot of poor dental offices, especially here in Augusta. But this clinic is hands down the BEST I’ve ever visited. Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Woo, he was absolutely wonderful! He was very polite and determined to create a care plan to improve not only my teeth, but overall oral health. The atmosphere was phenomenal from the front office, choice of music, and facility smelling like warm cookies. I am so happy I found this place and can’t wait to have the smile of my dreams. I seriously couldn’t recommend them enough, such incredible staff!

As always, it’s such a great experience at Dr. Loo’s office! My hygienist, Mandy, is so sweet and does such a fantastic job. I request her every time I come! I had Dr. Zack this time and he was great as well! The front desk staff, Becca, is always so helpful and friendly. Anytime I need one of those dreadful fillings, Courtney always helps put me at ease. I would highly recommend everyone to get their teeth cleaned every six months at Dr. Loo’s office! ❤️😁🦷

I had an exam and cleaning at Dr. Loo and Dr. Woo's office after years of neglecting my oral health. I was so nervous going in, but everyone there was PHENOMENAL! Becca is at the front desk with a warm and inviting personality. She's responsive and makes the whole process so smooth. Mandy did my cleaning and she was simply amazing. I loved her! I felt like I've known her for some time! Dr. Woo was very thorough and attentive. I am so happy that I chose this practice to assist with my oral health and needs. Every office should be ran this way! This is the dream team, continue to rock on!

Dr. Grant Loo and his team are amazing! Everyone is always friendly, professional, and make me feel comfortable every visit. The office is clean, efficient, and I felt truly cared for. Highly recommend!
