Worst doctor appointment I’ve EVER had! The front office staff here is phenomenal—kind, helpful, and professional. I have nothing but praise for those ladies. Unfortunately, the experience with the doctors was the complete opposite. I felt dismissed, unheard, and honestly shocked by the lack of care. The neurologist (an older white male) walked in and immediately told me, “I didn’t read your notes.” That set the tone. He was short, unengaged, and left me in tears. I was told to come back Friday for their “stroke neurologist clinic,” but it was just another rushed appointment with no new input or evaluation—worse, the doctor didn’t even come in. I'm pretty new to this area. I am from Massachusetts. I had wonderful Dr's there. So this was scary for me to find Dr's who actually care for the patient. My experience with this office from the time I entered the building was so relaxing and pleasant. Even though I didn't know what my issues with my heart was. I was made to feel a sense of calm. Thank you EVERYBODY!!!

If you're having cardiovascular issues, this is the best place to go. The staff is very professional and understanding of your issues. The Doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful with your issues.

This has been the most unprofessional experience with the provider. I was seeing two different providers at this location for two different things. Dr. Herriebe and his nurse are very unprofessional and lack communication with their patients. The nurse Amy has been rude since I started going to this establishment. I had an appointment that was canceled without me knowing and I showed up at the appointment and the nurse was very rude to me. I hope that no one decides to go to this office at least not be taken care of by these two professionals. Seeing a cardiologist is a scary thing so when you're going through this experience the last thing that you should have to worry about is the nasty comments and attitude of the staff.

Run dint walk from here .my wife has been having issues since she saw her dr last month just started with lower heart rate.but cannot get through to her dr they say he will call he never does.nurse intervines.YOU ARE NOT A DOCTOR YOU ARE A NURSE IM SICK OF IT SJE IS SCARED TO DEATH .
