Wellspring Medical Center

I love Wellspring. The drs, nurses are Wonderful. They are on mount zion road. The facility is clean. The nurses and staff are so sweet. They Love to engage. Lots of smiles. I’m grateful I found this medical center.

Experience was awesome... Dr. and Staff was thorough, helpful, CARING and resourceful! Kudos for great service for this industry especially through these trying times.

Had an appt at 12, and wasn't seen for over an hour..... for a simple school physical in an empty office when I arrived and walk ins have been seen. The front office desk are violating blatant hippa rules by calling patients with open windows from their desk to the patient area discussing medications to be taken when to take them and how.

The positive reviews MUST be fake, fabricated and fraudulent because there's absolutely no way anyone got satisfactory service here. From the start it was a disaster and only got worse. From the woman smacking on my ear when scheduling my appointment, to me arriving 30 mins early but not being seen for over an hour and a half later, to the receptionist TRIPLE charging my credit card and it taking more than TWO WEEKS to get my refund, to her rude and nonchalant behavior... etc etc etc. The worse part of my experience was them sending me someone else's ENTIRE medical record. Clearly they are running an illegal practice and if you don't want to be fraudulently charged, and have your private and personal medical history breached, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!

Dr Ayeni and staff are the best. I didn't have an appt. I walked-in at 12:50pm with an Abscess on my back. I was called for vitals at 1pm. Placed in a room after that where everything was already set up for it to be lanced and drained. Dr Ayeni came in 15 minutes later. He asked a few questions did the procedure and i was on my by 1:35pm. My experience is always good here. Even with the nurse practitioner. Dr. Ayeni and staff I definitely recommend.
