Identifying a good dentist is painfully hard to find. My initial introduction to Dr. Okogie came back in 2023 when I wanted a second opinion after my long-term dentist retired and sold her practice. When the time came for a major restoration, once again I sought a second opinion from Dr. Okogie and his team. This time, I decided to make his practice my new dental office. He and his team provide great dental care and options geared towards preserving your teeth. I appreciate their level of professionalism and consideration of one’s time. Shoutout to TY, the dental hygienist here. She did an excellent job with my teeth cleaning today. She took her time and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. This was my first time being serviced by this office and I am very satisfied.

SmilePro Dental Gallery, located on Main Street in Jonesboro, has provided me with a very disappointing experience. The dentist removed three healthy teeth and replaced them with crowns, which now appear yellow and gray. He noticed that I had a cavity, but instead of addressing that issue first, he focused on replacing my healthy teeth with crowns. I don't understand his reasoning for removing my teeth in the first place, and it doesn't make sense to me logically. Additionally, my mouth now has an unpleasant odor. I stopped visiting his office after feeling uneasy during my appointments. Being new to the practice, I felt unwelcome, which led me to avoid returning. I also found his staff to be unprofessional. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I always feel at ease from the moment I walk in. Dr. “O” is a very skilled dentist and he explained everything clearly and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed.

I broke a crown and had to go to the dentist. They are always so nice and kind. I was so scared cuz i hate needles in my mouth but they talked me through it and it help to calm my nerves. A1 service
