The urgent care on queen street send us here after my son had an arm injury at daycare. We didn't want more than maybe 35 minutes to be seen. Lots of people in and out. Nut moved quickly. Everyone was great start to finish. All of the staff was kind and professional. They worked really patiently with my toddler. Can't say enough great things about the staff here! Very grateful for the care he received.

Came in just before close with a ruptured achillies. I didn't feel rushed at all. Molly (PA) and Shelby (Nurse) took great care of me and treated my injury with the severity that was required. They even tried to text a doc to see if I could be seen immediately. Molly called me as soon as they opened the next morning to make sure I got set up with a doctor's appt asap. Update: Injury was 16 days ago. Surgery was 9 days ago. I was worried last night that I made a movement that compromised the repair. I called the on call provider which was Allison (PA) at this location. She said it was unlikely I compromised it but would be in today if I wanted her to look at it. She verified with the surgical PA that she could remove my splint to verify everything was good, which I appreciated. She checke

I had a wonderful experience here! I was able to get a same-day appointment for severe nerve pain that went down my left shoulder and arm. It was debilitating. The staff were all very friendly and my appointment with Dr. Corrie was outstanding. They did X-Ray imaging and I was diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy. Dr. Corrie was very thorough and kind. She gave me a 9-day improvement plan with medication to ease the pain and inflammation as well as a referral for physical therapy. I highly recommend this establishment to others!
