Save yourself your time and money, do not go here. MARIA DIAZ should not be a NURSE PRACTITIONER. She does not listen or examine her patients. I went with lower abdominal pain, they did a urine test. She told me I was severely dehydrated and “needed to drink water before I went into kidney failure” and to just follow up with my PCP. She never examined me, she didn’t even feel my abdomen. She was in the room a total of 5 minutes with me. I asked about the pain I was having and she said if I started with “severe pain” to go to the ED, as they could not do X-rays or an ultrasound there. I told her “I AM IN SEVERE PAIN, THATS WHY I AM HERE”…..I guess she was so dismissive because I have a high pain tolerance and don’t show your classic signs of being in pain. Maybe she thought I was medicine s

If I could give zero stars, I would. Please save yourself the time and go elsewhere. I brought my son in seeking a second opinion after visiting another urgent care and was immediately met with hostility. Upon arrival, I was rudely asked for information, which I completely understand, but the interaction quickly went downhill from there. The staff were dismissive, hostile, and treated me as if I was inconveniencing them simply by being there. I was told right away that my insurance would not be accepted, which I understood. However, when I politely asked if anyone could briefly look at a video I had taken of my son’s breathing to tell me whether it appeared normal, I was aggressively dismissed and told no one would help me or even look at it. As a parent, this was incredibly upsetting. I w

Horrible service, doesn’t even deserve one star. I went in obviously for treatment or at least for them to look at what was going on but nope. I sat there in the room for over an hour with no treatment, hearing all the employees in the hall just sitting and laughing, then someone comes in and gives me a paper to leave. No help at all and shoved me out the door. Why have me sit there for over an hour just to give me a paper and not discuss what was wrong or take a look? No tests or nothing. This place is horrible and I will never come back, and I would never suggest anyone to. These people shouldn’t have medical degrees.

Why pay for a medical degree if you have no intention of using it? Twice now my husband has gone to the urgent care and an NP says “well I don’t think it’s anything but I guess we’ll scan” then the x ray shows nothing and out the door he went. What happened to figuring out what the problem is? Doing some actual problem solving. But no we run one test and see nothing and say “oh well” it’s lazy and honestly with the cost of health care it’s offensive. So to the emergency room we had to go to get actual answers. It’s a shame. The point of urgent care is to help take some of the pressure off emergency rooms but these people couldn’t care less. Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time. Or theirs apparently.

We took our toddler here after he fell and split his chin open. Everyone was so kind to him. He ended up needing stitches. The team worked together to make is as seamless as possible. We were in and out in about 45 minutes. The CRNP who did his stitches was quick and did a great job. I think his name was Phil.
