Jess and Dr. Tun were fantastic to stitch me from a large cut on my thumb! They stayed after hours too! Jess was friendly and well educated and Dr. Tun did great on my stitches! I employer others and Jess is valuable I would pay more to keep that lady!

Absolutely wonderful care providers; all the staff were kind and inviting, amazing Nurse Practitioner and the entire team exceeded my expectations. My visit was prompt and comforting. Thank you all for your service and hard work. Very much appreciate it.

For the sake of time I will condense my experience as short as possible: DO NOT GO HERE! Michele O'Neill, CRNP was so unkind she was yelling at me. I tried to speak and deescalate her by telling her I’m only trying to communicate clearly and that’s why I’m asking questions and clarifying information. When I could tell there was no listening being done by Michele she said I started it. So I walked out of the room. I tried to keep it together and asked the staff to do what needed done for me to leave and make a complaint. I started crying and shaking despite trying to stay calm because Michele followed me to the desk and continued to yell and threatened to call the cops on me if I did not leave instantly. DO NOT GO HERE. I will be filing a proper complaint.

Do not stop here very unhelpful and disrespectful. I’m not sure how Marshall still has a job. Potentially not all practitioners here are as rude and condescending as he is. I would like to say something good about our experience but when someone is so cold and uncaring as he is. It makes it rather difficult to see the good. I guess their building is in decent shape. Still 1 star for Marshall and his employer .

Needed to visit the center on Labor Day. The intake nurse and nurse practitioner (Michele) were absolutely amazing! I was treated promptly and provided with excellent care that enabled me to return home comfortably to continue to recover. So incredibly grateful for their compassionate care!
