Hear Lancaster

I’ve worked with Mitch for years. He is knowledgeable, thorough, but most of all fair in his approach to his customers. I am on my third set of hearing aids over now 10 years and glad to be able to give Hear Lancaster the business.

I first encountered Mitch Trace, professional hearing aid specialist and owner of Hear Lancaster, six years ago, when I initially purchased hearing aids (long overdue - I should have done it years ago). At that time, I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise, and he put me into a set of hearing aids that have served me well since. Fast forward to a week ago and my regular 6 month cleaning and preventative service appointment. I mentioned to Mitch that I was considering a new set of hearing aids, motivated primarily by the awareness that there have been significant improvements in hearing aid technology over the past six years. The Starkey hearing aids are wonderful and sensitive to her hearing needs, as well as to her needs related to low vision.
